Last weekend was the annual "Ice Breaker" offroad race hosted by Indy R/C World in Dallas, Texas. For the event the facility was renovated with new lighting, expansion, and fresh dirt.
Team XRAY driver, Jason Branham, was in attendance running both the Pro Truggy and Pro Buggy classes. Branham would TQ Pro Truggy, but a mechanical issue dropped him out of the running mid-race in the main. It was Pro Buggy where Branham and his XB9 would shine! Jason started second behind Team Associated's Kyle Skidmore, but would quickly make his way to the front. As the 45-minute main continued, Branham's lead only got bigger.
In the end, Jason brought home the Pro Buggy victory for Team XRAY and this to say about it, "I couldn’t be happier with my XRAY rides at the moment, and with the XB9’13 on the way, things could just be getting better!"
