The seventh round of the Jimmy Babcock Racing League Gas Series was held on Saturday at Palm Desert, CA just a few miles from famous Palm Springs. With a high-grip track and beautiful weather, racers were greeted with perfect event conditions.

Team Associated's Jessie Robinson and his LRP-powered Factory Team RC8T Championship Edition came to the event ready to race for the win. With a 25-minute A-Main final, Robinson dominated the field, taking the win by almost a lap and setting the fastest single lap of the main. This victory is Robinson's first with his new Team Associated vehicle, but you can be sure it won't be his last.

Next up for the JBRL series is the finale at Hot Rod Hobbies on November 10th.
