This week, I would like share a question I’ve been asked on my Facebook page quite often the last couple of weeks. “How can I make the standard front TLR wheel narrower to work with the front carpet tires available on the market today?” One option is to trim a standard wheel to make it narrow (see picture below). I use a Stiffezel wheel for any turf or carpet application and trim it to be narrow. (part numbers TLR43018 and TLR43017).
TLR has just released a new front wheel that doesn’t require this trimming and it’s the same great Stiffezel material. (part numbers TLR43020 and TLR43019)
