Novak Race Report:
In the 24th running of the Pro-Line April Fools Classic, April 28-29 at Intermountain R/C Raceway, Novak-powered driver, Kobe Yonker, used his Havoc Pro SC with X-Drive in a great battle to steal the win! In a triple A-Main battle that came down to the wire, Kobe stayed cool and calm under pressure and took home the April Fools title! Congratulations Kobe! Great work and nice driving!
Kobe used the Novak Havoc Pro SC w/X-Drive and the Novak Ballistic 7.5T motor with vented end bells.
Here are Kobe's race notes: "Qualified 2nd in Modified 4wd. In A-Main #1, I battled it out with Robbie Gillespie and Shawn Dunlap. I took the lead with one lap to go and finished strong with a win. A-Main #2 came around and again Robbie and I battled it out the whole race. At the end, I closed the gap and finished 2 tenths off. What a great race! So it came down to A3. I started out great, right on Robbie's tail. Four minutes in he bobbled, and I took the lead. Then we're both nose-to-tail for another two minutes. Eventually he bobbled, and I held the lead til the end and took the win! Thanks Team Novak, X-Drive rules!"
