Last weekend in Moscow hosted the Russian Championship of the 1/8 Buggy. Drivers attended this race from a lot of regions of Russia, as well as from neighboring countries.
The race was held on the updated configuration on the RcRacer Krylo track. Hot weather accompanied the days of practices and qualifications, which allowed drivers to use the maximum potential of the cars.
On the final day of the race, the weather brought surprises. The rain constantly began and ended, the track became wet and dry. All this complicated the selection of tires and setups for the main final. In the main final of Nitro class during all time was the struggle for the first place between the current Champion of Russia Laverychev Maxim and the two-time champion Nikita Pomogaev. The fight was up to the very last meters, however Nikita did not have enough fuel to cross the finish line.
Final placement in the Nitro Buggy:
In the electro class, a confident victory was achieved by the young driver from St. Petersburg - Koshcheev Daniil. In second place was his teammate - Karzamov Alexey. The third place went to Alexandr Kosmakov from Udomlya.
