Race report from LRP America:

This past weekend all around the US, LRP showed great strides from drivers. Below is the recap from this weekend of racing from carpet to the dirt.

Mike Gee takes home 2 National titles at this years Carpet ROAR Nats!

Mike had this to say about he accomplishments taking home the double win.

"Wow, what a weekend. 2x TQ and 2x win at the 2015 ROAR Carpet Nationals in 17.5 and 13.5 Touring Car, as well as a 2nd in 13.5 12th scale. LRP Flow was dialed in all cars. Super thanks to JD!"

Fantastic Job!

Taylor Jones takes home the win with his debut with LRP Power!

LRP has acquired a new driver in the Midwest. He has been dominating the circuit and will be a great ambassador for LRP in the coming years. Here is his race report from this past weekend at the Midwest RC Tour.

"I attended the first round of the Midwest RC Tour at JCP Rc Raceway in Indianapolis, IN. The one day event drew in 146 entries for this 1/8 scale event. The nitro buggy class was the biggest class followed by nitro truggy and the ebuggy. I ran nitro buggy and truggy at this race to get some time in my LRP engines and get some wheel time after taking over a six month break from nitro to focus on my 1/10 program.

I would qualify 3rd for nitro buggy after making mistakes in qualifying. Main time came and us top three checked out from the field. I would get the lead a couple times and lead for several laps. I was easily doing ten minute pit stops for the thirty minute main. I made a late race mistake keeping me from catching the leader so dad told me to just save fuel for about the last forty five seconds and I ended up finishing second behind my TLR teammate.

In truggy I was able to get the tq position for the main. Main time came and I checked out for the thirty minute main for the win. I was again able to ten minute pit stops with my LRP engine. I have never been able to go ten minutes in truck!"

Top LRP Drivers showing force in the E-Buggy Main at this year;s Silver State at RC Tracks of Las Vegas!

Drivers from all over the world attended this years Silverstate as it was at the home of the 2016 Nitro Worlds. With the attendance at over 400 entries this was a great test for the facility and the track, as well as the drivers.

Out of the gate Robert Batlle came out swinging with TQ runs in rounds 2 and 3 easily securing the TQ spot for the main.

Four other LRP drivers were in contention: Drew Moller, Barry Pettit, JQ, and Matt Schreffler. LRP covered 5 spots of the 15 car field!

Dayton Brown also had a fantastic run taking the TQ in Intermediate Buggy. Due to a flame out, he tried his hardest to get back to the lead. This was not Dayton's fault as there were alot of drivers having this issue all week - must have been the altitude.
