Mugen Seiki Race Report:

The 2012 JMRCA 1/10 GP Touring Car Japan National was held last weekend at the Hokusei Circuit. 81 drivers were in attendance for the event, 21 in the open class and 60 in the sport class.

Team Mugen Seiki drivers, Takehiro Terauch and Hayato Yamada, would TQ both the open and sport classes with the MTX-5.

Rainy weather pushed the mains late into the night and with some bad luck would strike Takehiro and take him out of the open class a-main race. Fellow Mugen driver and 4-time champion, Keisuke Fukuda, would narrowly miss his 5th consecutive win to finish 2nd.

In the sport class it would be the young Mugen driver, Hayato Yamada, who started on the pole position and would lead the pack to victory claiming the title!
