Whether it is RC or full-scale auto racing, tires are KING.  We have all let our tires sit on the car for a week or more, only to return to the track and have much less grip than before.  In today’s landscape of aggressive chassis design and car set up, we spend time getting the tires right to achieve the level of grip necessary on dirt for the car to perform, we shed tenths and sometimes even full seconds per lap just by getting your tires broken in properly for some surfaces. You may not notice your tires degrading over shorter periods of time but surely this still happens to some degree. 

All of these reasons are why Gravity RC has made this controlled tire storage system. Included with each tube is a cap that has an intergraded temperature and humidity sensor (battery included), this allows you to monitor tire conditions over long storage periods.  Also included is a humidity pod which can be used to increase the humidity.  The tube is labeled so you can track your tires life and usage.  All in all, this is an effort to keep your tires at best in conjunction with organization and knowledge of your own equipment.
