Press Release From JConcepts:

One of the best upgrades you can make to any new vehicle is to reduce weight. JConcepts has designed a user friendly and light-weight titanium axle specifically for the Team Associated RC10B7. The blooming flower design offers individual pads to support the wheel. This allows the part to reduce even more rotating weight on the axle and with the titanium material supporting the load, offers great durability. The titanium material axle anodized in either burnt blue or stealth black has performance and aesthetic advantages.
Titanium material lowers the weight, increases strength over aluminum and increases the bling factor by 10-fold. The JConcepts axle is adjustable and with the included aluminum 1.5mm spacer, a wider track width can now be achieved very quickly and effectively. Included in each package are two Titanium axles and two aluminum 1.5mm thick spacers which can be positioned inside or out to change track width. It is recommended to start with a stock width setting (1.5mm spacer placed inside) during initial build and assembly. Adding the spacer to the outside is equivalent to utilizing a standard 6mm hex adaptor.
Notes:
JConcepts offers a direct replacement aluminum serrated wheel nut for this axle listed as part number 2341-1(blue) and 2341-2 (black) and new low-profile option 5216-1 (blue) and 5216-2 (black).
Features:
Development is always ongoing in the hands of racers looking to shave tenths of a second off their lap-times. The latest trend involves a lower shock position with -2mm shock towers which requires a -2-shock eyelet (not included) adjustment to retain proper droop and up travel. Racers lowering their shocks on the vehicle using towers like the new JConcepts -2mm option have shown a lot of promise on high-bite track conditions, and particularly those with high-speed sections.
The result is a vehicle with a lower CG that tends to corner faster, transition quicker, and more responsive for 21.5, 17.5, and modified class drivers. The JConcepts team builds, tests, and travels the world to support the brand and gather valuable driver feedback in search of the best appearing and performance items on the market. The product is designed in the U.S.A. and always backed by JConcepts customer service, supported, and developed by professionals with style. Look for reputable dealers and distributors and demand authentic products – choose JConcepts.
