At this year's Stock Nationals, MIP had the privilege to debut this new 17.5 Drive System for the Associated B6.1D Team Kit. MIP is known for it's race-proven performance and this kit was no different! OCRC Stock Nats was a testament to the performance advantage of the MIP puck system technology, as the entire 4wd A-Main for the applicable cars (AE and Tekno) were all using the MIP puck systems to gain that advantage. And of course, the Team Associated aces Spencer Rivkin and Dustin Evans took the top two spots with the MIP puck systems installed. Testimony from the top guys said that they noticed the increased punch and less motor fatigue throughout their runs. This exact feature was crucial in making the super hard triples, something that a steel drive-train with slipper/center diff was not able to achieve in a full 5 minute run, and certainly not a 10 minute run. Clearly MIP’s kit made an incredible difference at Stock Nats and now we are ready to make this badass power available to all racers across the country through our distribution network.
