The Redcat Classic SixtyThree Edition Chevrolet Impala SS is a fully functional hopping Lowrider that is based off the beloved 1963 Chevrolet Impala SS 2-door hardtop and is ready-to-run, complete with a six channel radio, battery and charger. The Classic SixtyThree is available in two colors, Candy Apple Red and Champagne.

Since its debut in November 2020, the Redcat SixtyFour hopping lowrider has become a sensation among automotive enthusiasts, particularly within the lowrider community. The innovative LRH285 hopping lowrider chassis is the driving force behind its success. The Redcat SixtyThree uses the amazing LRH285 chassis to achieve the realistic hopping action that is sought after among lowriders.

The SixtyThree brilliantly captures the essence of the iconic 1963 Chevrolet Impala SS, delivering an impressive 1:10 scale radio-controlled hopping lowrider that embodies the charm of this classic vehicle. The attention to detail in the Redcat SixtyThree is truly astonishing. Every feature of the original Impala SS has been meticulously replicated with remarkable accuracy. The distinctive badging is present both inside and out, while the body showcases chrome-plated, injection-molded accessories that enhance its authenticity. High-quality chrome foil trim beautifully frames the clear windows, contributing to the model's ultra-realistic appearance. For nighttime cruising, optional LED lights add an extra layer of realism.

The SixtyThree also includes a detailed interior, complete with seats, inner door skins, beautifully formed dashboard, detailed gauge cluster and chrome steering wheel. Magnetic body mounts offer easy body removal and replacement.

Redcat’s dedication to detail extends to the chassis as well with scale 13" radial reverse lace wheels with 2-blade knockoffs, genuine Redcat 5.2" white-wall tires with authentic stretch, a realistic looking undercarriage, chrome exhaust, a faux transmission, telescoping rear drive shaft and a functional solid rear axle complete with a removable differential cover.

The SixtyThree is expertly engineered for leisurely cruising and executing impressive tricks, thanks to its specialized suspension system. With advanced servos and precise weight distribution, it authentically mimics the driving dynamics and aesthetic of a full-sized lowrider or hopper. The model features front independent suspension, a solid rear axle, an adjustable front hopping bellcrank, blacked out threaded metal links, Hexfly 4KG metal gear steering servo, Hexfly Torque Spec 35KG rear axle lifting servos, and a high-speed custom made REEFS V2 hopping servo.

The SixtyThree is equipped with the LR6X six-channel 2.4GHz radio system, specially designed with lowrider-style switches for an authentic driving experience. Outfitted specifically for use with RC lowriders, this radio's buttons, levers, and switches allow the driver to perform realistic hopping and lowrider tricks, mirroring the controls of a full-sized hydraulically operated lowrider.
