Shepherd proudly releases the "Advanced Weight System" for the Velox V8.2. This brand new set of option parts has already shown its potential at this year‘s World Championship.

As a direct replacement for the regular or brass battery mount it features an aluminium tray made of high quality 7075 T6 aluminium, two 18g balancing weights, a high quality carbon brace for the battery and all necessary fixing material. The fixing holes for the battery have been included in the radioplate since the first batch of the Velox V8.2 so no drilling is necessary. The 18g weights are equipped with additional countersunk holes making it possible to fix even more weight on top of them.

A total of five weights can be used in the aluminium tray. The set as well as the single items are available from now on.
