The optional Team Xray 5G Gearbox offers significant handling improvement in medium to high traction conditions. The 5G Gearbox provides incredible handling, keeping the car flatter, easier to drive and faster in and out of the corners. The 5G Gearbox increases rotation and corner speed of the car to achieve faster lap time in high traction conditions.
The gear box integrate with the flat chassis brace and provide enhanced performance on any surface.
The 5G gearbox moves the motor further forward, gaining corner speed and increasing rotation.
The XB2C 5G gearbox features 6 chassis fixation points. This design eliminates the need for additional support from the previous waterfall chassis brace. This allows moving the battery even closer to the motor when needed on lower traction levels, and removing the waterfall brace contributes to the lower CG of the XB2’25.
