This is a companion turnbuckle wrench that has slots for 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm and 4.5mm turnbuckles.   Each slot is undersized to allow the wrench to grip the turnbuckle but simultaneously reduces the chance of  scratching anodized turnbuckles unlike all metal turnbuckle wrenches.

(Note, the 3.5mm slot is a perfect tight fit for the commonly used Lunsford turnbuckles )
