Sunday December 23rd saw the conclusion of the NJ Indoor Dirt Series. A dual-track, 4 race point series between Critters Raceway and Tap RC Raceway. Racers had too attend 3 races to be in the points.
The event was organized by 46RC, a non-profit RC Event Promotion and Marketing group which focuses on Club Racing, Competition, Fun, Collaboration and Race program management.
The event saw 318 entries across its 4 races with many racers coming in from remote tracks to either participate in the points or just to enjoy great racing, have fun and meet new racers.
Critters Raceway is a medium indoor Dirt track located in Fairfield NJ, and TAP RC Raceway a large indoor Dirt track located in Williamstown, NJ. Both tracks are have similar high traction surfaces which allowed for most racers to run the same similar vehicle setups and tires making it easier to compete at both facilities. Both tracks changed their layouts during the series, to keep racers on their toes!
The series was a breakthrough event in the region and hopefully a series that will continue in coming years.

2WD Modified Points Winners : 1st Steven Maizer, 2nd Jay Bless and 3rd Tom Bolger.
4WD 13.5 Buggy Points Winners : 1st Anthony Faiello, 2nd Frank Babriecki and 3rd Scott Salzer.
