David Ongaro is the new #1 Ranked Driver in the world! Bruno Coelho takes the surprise win at the 2018 European Championships, However it was David Ongaro who was the star of the event by dominating qualifying and overcoming a failure in the semi to finish 2nd overall. With Ongaro’s TQ and 2nd place he takes over the coveted title of the #1 ranked driver in the world! Current world champion David Ronnefalk as well as Robert Batlle both dropped after this event due to some great finishes falling outside their “most recent results” However they are both staged to make a jump up the rankings with their next event.
