OS Engines to release 19XZ

OS continues to keep the mileage battle going with the announcement of their release of the all new 19XZ-B. Modeled after the OS .21 VZ-B speed tuned that help Hara to a win in the worlds of 2008, OS continues with the evolution of the mileage battle.
