The track in Dielsdorf Switzerland was in perfect condition. Saturday was limited to 3 rounds of practice and 2 rounds of qualifying so the drivers had to find their setups quickly. In the beginning the track was slippery but became more bluegroove as Sunday's finals approached.

Sunday started with cooler temperatures and drivers struggling during the 3rd and last round of qualifying. Patrick once again showed his coolness and ability and placed his Proline equipped Team Associated B4.1 and B44.1 both out front for TQ.
