Mugen Race Report:
Pre-Nats for the Roar Nationals held at Lost Creek Hobbies in Oakland Mills, PA.
Mugen dominates 2 of the 3 classes at the Pre-Nats! Taylor Petersen took TQ and 1st place in the 1/8 Nitro Truggy A Main. Barry Pettit took 1st place in the 1/8 Electric A Main then right after that finished a strong 2nd place in the 1/8 Nitro Buggy A Main too!
Taylor used his MBX6T Truggy running a powerful engine, usi...ng AKA Gridiron Soft tires, the new KO Propo EX-1 KIY radio and Nitrotane fuel to take a dominate 2 lap win over the 45 minute A Main. Barry used his MBX6 ECO Buggy running Tekin ESC/Motor, J Concepts tires, KO Propo radio and servos to take an awesome win in the 10 minute A final.
Both Taylor and Barry got lots of practice in during the last 3 days to prepare for the upcoming ROAR Nationals in June. A special thanks to all other Mugen drivers for attending this event and putting on a great show!
