Up Close and Personal with TLR's Adam Drake

In between rounds of practice we caught up with TLR’s Adam Drake and his TLR 8ight. From what we could gather, the buggy features larger Big Bore shocks that measure 16mm in diameter instead of the new norm of 15mm, updated front and rear shock towers for improved drivability, and rumor has it a longer chassis with better weight distribution. In case you haven’t noticed, during the past few months TLR has been setting their sights towards suspension development on the 8ight platform. They’ve been working with Chris O’Donnell, flown over to Argentina a handful of times, and spend countless hours week after week trying to improve upon a great chassis.
