"The Douglas County Sheriff's Office has arrested 46-year-old Richard Jenkins on four counts of lewdness with a minor under the age of 16.
Authorities say Jenkins was arrested November 8, 2018 and is being held in the Douglas County Jail with a bail of $50,000.
Jenkins is a former coach for various girls' volleyball teams in the Carson Valley.
