Last weekend September 28th RiseUp Hobbytown in Palm Desert California hosted the Race for Desi to beneﬁt the Desi Strong Foundation for childhood cancer. As many of you know Gerardo Gonzales of Prolines’s Daughter was Diagnosed with cancer just over 2 years ago and the Desi Strong Foundation stepped up to help his family. With 85 drivers in attendance and 117 entries they were able raise $5671.00 in the raﬄe. This was the charity’s biggest one day intake to date from a fundraiser.

UPDATE: Today Proline matched the funds raised at the event with check for $5671.00 bringing the grand total raised to $11342.00

The outpouring of support from the manufactures and racers has been overwhelming and without all of them this wouldn’t have been possible, Thank you everyone who participated in making this a great event and we look forward to raising the bar again next September 2020.
