XRAY's Ty Tessmann turned the fastest three consecutive laps in the first round of both Buggy and Truck practice - and then Mother Nature called a premature end to the first day of the ROAR Nationals. The light sprinkle that persisted all day turned heavy shortly before the halfway point of the second seeding round, and a second attempt at restarting the final few heats of buggy following an hour track maintenance break was cancelled just minutes in when the falling water returned. ROAR announced that the heats would be seeded according to each driver's fastest three consecutive laps from the completed first round.
