Ryan Cavalieri triples up at the 2013 Spektrum Offroad Championships

 

AKA/Team Associated driver Ryan Cavalieri ends another race weekend in dominant fashion. The latest was at the Spektrum Off Road Championships held at Trackside Raceway in Wisconsin where Cavalieri brought home a trio of TQ's and Wins in all 3 classes he participated in.

Ryan mounted up a set of the brand new 1:10 EVO Tires (formerly known as Slingshots) in Clay compound and immediately started putting down the fastest times which lead to the overall TQ in 2wd modified buggy. With the triple A-main format, he was able to walk away with the win in A1 and A2, clinching the overall title.

4wd modified buggy went just as well for Cavalieri. His tire of choice was also from the new 1:10 EVO line in clay compound which allowed him to take the TQ in qualifying. A rough start to the mains saw him finish 4th in A1, but he was able to find his groove and win the next 2 mains, securing himself the top spot on the podium.

It was modified stadium truck that rounded out the trio of TQ's and wins for Cavalieri. He was once again was dominant on prototype AKA stadium truck tires in clay compound, which also rounded out the podium with teammate Joe Pillars finishing 3rd.
