AKA Race Report:
Pro-Buggy at Dirt Burners in St Louis was dominated by AKA with Ryan Lutz being the fastest in qualifying and starting in the TQ position for the double A-main format. A1 was topped with AKA drivers: 1. Josh Wheeler, 2. Carson Wernimont, 3. Mark Pavidids, and 4. Ryan Lutz. Wheeler had another great run on Soft Impacts, winning A2, and wrapped up the overall championship.
The Pro Arena Truck (Truggy) class top qualifier was the always fast Ryan Lutz. AKA teammate Josh Wheeler was able to take the win in A1 but Lutz came back to take the win in A2 which gave him the championship for Arena Truck. Both drivers equipped their truggies with Soft Gridirons for the mains.
Electric 1:8 Buggy saw AKA teammates up front with Lutz being TQ, followed by Wernimont and upcoming AKA driver Dylan Gerard starting 4th on the grid. Bad luck would plague Wernimont and Gerard, causing them to retire early but Lutz would prevail and go on to take the win in the 10-minute main.
AKA team driver, James Green, had a great performance in the 30-minute Expert Arena TruckA- Main after starting second on the grid. Green would make his way to the front of the pack on the first lap, but a couple mistake would put him back to 3rd shortly after. Green stayed composed and got back out front on lap 11 and never looked back, taking the win!
