Whether it’s the sound of big nitro engines piercing your eardrums as they shift into second gear or plumes of smoke putting tears in your eyes, nitro on-road has long been known to assault the senses in the most spectacular ways a radio controlled vehicle can.

In 2019, Scotty Ernst Productions, along with Infinity and Creation Model, are aiming to bring the most extreme R/C classes in existence to both racers and fans in a whole new way with the inaugural running of the Asian Nitro Championship (ANC). Three exotic locations. Three world-class facilities. One Championship series. All under the spotlight like you’ve never seen before.

Round 1 will take us to the truly exciting and international city of Hong Kong where TRC Raceway will be our home March 7-10. TRC Raceway is very familiar with hosting big events as they recently hosted the FEMCA Championships, Asia On Road Championships as well as other international races.

Round 2 will be held April 25-28 and will take us to the land down under to England Park Raceway in Brisbane, Australia, only a 50 minute drive to the World famous Gold Coast. Known for hosting two IFMAR World Championship events, the track went through a complete renovation, layout change and resurfacing to give racers and spectators an amazing experience. The facility features a very unique sunken pit lane that puts mechanics at ground level, which makes for exciting tire changes and lightning-fast pit stops.

Round 3 will see the series conclude its opening year at the soon to be constructed Infinity Raceway in Suzuka, Japan in the summer of 2019. The plans for Infinity Raceway will be nothing short of amazing and will make for the perfect location to round out the opening season of the ANC.

This truly unique championship will have a focus on professionalism, excitement and – most importantly – fun. There will be in-depth, live video coverage and commentary with multiple moving cameras, instant replays and event recaps to keep race fans around the world up to date with the latest happenings in the ANC. Lots of extra fun activities are planed like BBQ Party and Pits stop challenge all combined with the tight, fair, and fun race program Scotty Ernst Productions are known for around the world to make the Asian Nitro Championship a truly special series that any nitro on-roader will want to add to their bucket list.
