Spec-R Racing has announced today their release of the all-new Tamiya M-05 gear differential. The new diff is designed for serious M-05 racers looking for an edge on the competition. Designed with light weight plastic housing, nylon gears, and "longlife" differential joints. The new Spec-R gear diff provides a more durable, maintenance free differential while also keeping a consistant feel throughout the entire race.
Now, let's be totally honest here, when we first received this news we were scratching our heads as to what exactly a Tamiya M-05 really is. Lucky for us, Horizon Hobby put together this video review of the Tamiya M-05, and after only seeing 10 minutes of it...we want one.
