ROAR NATS: Rivkin fastest in Q2 of Buggy, Tebo TQ overnight [VIDEO]

Defending national champion Spencer Rivkin set the best time in the cold, dark and dusty second round of Buggy class qualifying on Friday night with his Maxima Mx-powered and JConcepts-equipped Team Associated buggy - but it's fellow former winner Jared Tebo who leads the points after two rounds.

Rivkin commented how the relatively poor lightning, combined with colder temperatures and increased dust, made the conditions of the second round much more difficult than earlier in the day - and despite that was just three seconds slower than the best time of the first round.

Ryan Lutz and Ty Tessmann traded spots from where they finished in the first round, each echoing Rivkin's statements about the track conditions but commenting how their buggies were controllable relative to the worsening conditions.
