An IFMAR World Championship win is the most prestigious of them all in R/C car racing. Over the past decade, a number of new classes have become more and more popular, that are not currently included in the IFMAR World Championships. Many of these classes award National Championships in various countries around the globe, but still lack a World Championship of their very own.
