In an official statement on the company's website today, Graziosa Rossi - wife of Novarossi founder Cesare Rossi - announced new distributors for their brands in both the United States and Canada. The press release, which was roughly translated from Italian, alludes to the lack of availability in North America in 2014.
Legendary engine builder Steve O'Donnell, formerly of the brand of car kits, engines and fuel that bore his name, and more recently a stint with TLR that resulted in the championship-winning 8IGHT 3.0, will head a new Riverside, CA-based company called Star Distribution specializing in highest range, Novarossi. As of press time, no information for Star Distribution was available.
Novarossi's TOP and REX engine lines will be handled by William Shore's SMT Distributing, headquartered in Helena, Alabama. SMT Distributing began selling REX engines at the end of 2013, so they've already got a website -
