Sweep Racing is preparing to introduce new 1/10-scale off-road tires for use on astroturf and low-grip tracks, pending additional testing. Tentatively named the Taper Pin (left) and Micro Dot (right), the front tires feature a typical split, radiused rib design while the rear features short, stubby pins. A 4WD front tire, which may be called Taper Pin Wide or Taper Pin 4, is also on its way. The tires should be available by the end of February.
