Round #1 of the J-Concepts Indoor National Series was held this past weekend at SmacTrac in St. Louis, MO. This 5 race series will hit tracks all across the US during the next 10 months. Over 300 entries were counted at Round #1 with allot of heavy hitters making the trip out to St. Louis. Team Orion/Kyosho's Jared Tebo and Cody Turner were there to battle it out with the best as well as provide great support to all Kyosho customers.
In the Modified Truck Class it was all Team Orion/Kyosho's Jared Tebo. Tebo would take the TQ honors with his Team Orion powered RT5 using the brand new VST2 6.5 BL Motor. Tebo then went onto win both A-Main #1 and A-Main #2 in dominate fashion to take the overall win and finishing up the weekend with perfect points in this class!
In the 2wd Modified Short Course Class it was Team Orion/Kyosho's Cody Turner who was the man to beat. Cody would take the overall TQ with his Team Orion powered SCR-SP with the brand new VST2 7.5 BL Motor. He then went onto win A-Main #1 and A-Main #2 for the overall win! Cody would also leave St. Louis the points leader with a perfect score!
