Picco; one of the true great names within the RC industry announced the sad passing of pioneer & founder Gualtiero Picco.

The man behind Picco Micromotori, passed away yesterday following a long illness, he was 71. Best known for the engines that carried his name, it was Gualtiero’s passion and constant drive to develop that has, in no small part, shaped the design and configuration of modern day RC engines. He is survived by his wife Marisa and two sons Alberto and Edoardo, who carry on the running of the Picco company. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
