But if that isn’t enough, the Traction Raceway crew is doing something unprecedented in the hobby – they are keeping the track open the entire weekend. That’s right, the track will be open for more than 60 hours straight! Can’t sleep or need more tuning and track time? No problem. Once Traction Raceway opens its doors on the morning of April 27, it will remain open through the end of the mains on April 29.
“Reno is a 24-hour city, so we thought it would be unique to keep the track open day and night the entire weekend,” states Race Director Justin Clark. “The action will be highly competitive, and our sponsors have really come through with some outstanding raffle prizes. We feel the Traction Raceway Showdown will be one to remember for everyone who attends.”
The list of sponsors for the Showdown includes Tekin, JConcepts, Panther, Horizon Hobby, Caster Racing, Hobbico, BMiller Racing, and Radio Post.
