Main Photo: Traxxas TORC Season REVS UP!

The Traxxas Off-Road Championship Series is back! The 2011 TORC series is set to be the fastest, hardest-hitting, most intense battle of men and machines yet. You can watch the action stream live to your computer, laptop, or mobile device at TORCseries.com, and all the action will air later as "The Off-Road Championship" on Discovery Network's HD Theater channel. In addition to the high-flying action on the track, you'll find plenty to do and see as The Fastest Name In Radio Control comes to each stop on the TORC circuit. Make a plan to attend the races when TORC comes to town—excitement, thrills, and fun are guaranteed!

The Ultimate in Off-Road Action
You bury the throttle as 900+ horsepower presses you into the seat and unleashes a punishing roost of dirt and clay from four massive, lugged tires. The speedometer needle sweeps relentlessly toward 100mph and beyond as you race door-to-door down the narrowing corridor to Turn One. Your machine shudders as competitors spare no contact in their quest for your position. Pedal to the floor, you hold the lead and the ground falls away you launch into the air over a double jump. The race has only just begun, and already your body and mind are reeling at the assault on your senses. This is TORC! Full-contact racing, with dirt-roosting power slides, giant suspension travel, and Supercross-style big-air jumps. Pro 2WD and Pro 4X4 trucks with massive V8 engines nearing 1000 horsepower blast to triple-digit speeds in an all-out battle to be the first to the finish line. And since it's a closed course, you get to see every turn, every pass, and every jump. Close racing, hair-racing speeds, high-flying jumps…nothing beats short-course racing and the TORC series!

Exciting New Venues!
In addition to the classic Crandon International Off-Road Raceway and Bark River Raceway venues that are TORC essentials, the 2011 season will bring TORC short-course racing to

brand-new courses at the legendary Red Bud MX and Cycle Ranch motocross tracks! TORC will also return to Chicagoland Speedway and race for the first time at Charlotte Motor Speedway. There's even a race at the historic Pikes Peak Hillclimb!

RallyCross Comes to TORC
One of the few motorsports that can rival the sheer excitement of TORC is Rallycross. Capable of incredible off-ro

ad performance that belies their steet-car looks, Rallycross pushes the limits of what a race-prepped sedan can do. And now Rallycross is coming to TORC! The inaugural U.S. Rallycross Championship debuts in the United States with a six race slate, three of which will be combined with the TORC Off Road Racing Series at two of the greatest venues in off-road today: the famous Bark River Raceway and Crandon International Raceway. Rallycross will also compete with TORC at Chicagoland Speedway in September as part of the track's huge NASCAR weekend, the first race of NASCAR's Championship chase!

Team Traxxas
Traxxas is more than just the title sponsor of the TORC series--we're competitors too. Mike Jenkins, Mark Jenkins, Andrew Caddell, and CJ Greaves race for the win in the Pro 4X4, Traxxas Pro Light, and Super Buggy classes. Our full-size racing experience helps us build the best radio-control cars and trucks--and our radio control experience and expertise helps us win races in the "big trucks!" Be sure to visit Traxxas in the pits--we love to see the fans!

TORC R/C Challenge
There's more to TORC than full-size short-course racing—there's also the TORC R/C Challenge! At each TORC race, Traxxas hosts a full-on R/C race complete

with AMB lap counting, professional announcing, a pro-style track with drivers' stand…the works. There are four classes: Slash Spec pits competitors against one another with basically stock vehicles, and Slash Open allows racers to modify their vehicles with as much power as traction allows. Slash 4X4 brings brushless power and full-time 4WD to TORC R/C, and the Slayer class draws a crowd with high-revving 2-stroke power as drivers compete in a 50-lap run for the checkered flag with their 50+mph, nitro-burning machines.

Win a Ride in the TORC Pace Truck!
Drivers entered for a weekend of exciting R/C racing have the chance to earn an official TORC R/C Challenge plaque to commemorate their spot on the podium, but that's not the only way to win. All R/C racers are also automati

cally entered in a drawing to win a ride in the Traxxas TORC pace truck! This is not a leisurely cruise down pit lane; the TORC pace truck is nothing less than a fully outfitted Pro 2WD racing truck equipped with a passenger seat, and is as capable on the track as any of the racing machines it leads out before the green flag drops. Short of driving the truck themselves, it's as close to a real short-course racing experience as a fan can get.

Try-Me Track
With all the R/C racing action on the track, it's only natural for the many spectators to want their own turn at the wheel of a high-performance Traxxas radio-control racing truck. Everyone has the opportunity to do just that at the Traxxas Try-Me Track, which puts a transmitter in the hands of anyone who wants to drive the best- selling Traxxas Slash 2WD short-course racing truck.

Traxxas TORC Pro Driver R/C Challenge
After racing on the full-size track, the Traxxas Off-Road Championship's top drivers exchange their full-size racing machines for radio- controlled Traxxas Slash

racing trucks to compete in the Traxxas TORC Pro Driver R/C Challenge! Each driver races a custom replica of his

full-size racing machine, and the who's-who list features all the brightest stars of the TORC series, including Ricky Johnson, Rob MacCachren, Bryce Menzies, Chad Hord, Scott Douglas, and of course, Mike and Mark Jenkins. Don't miss this chance to see your favorite TORC racers in action like never before!

TORC Pro Pit Party
After the Pro Driver R/C Challenge, the drivers will take their places for the TORC Pro Pit Party hosted by Traxxas. Race fans will have the unique opportunity to meet their favorite drivers for autographs, snapshots, han

dshakes and souvenirs. Don't miss this chance to enjoy face time with your favorite racers.

Cruise The Pits
Spectators have full access to the TORC pits, where they can see the behind the scenes action as Traxxas' Mike Jenkins and brother Mark Jenkins prepare for the on-track action and the crews prep their 900+horsepower Pro 4X4 racing trucks. Admission to the pit area is free. You're invited to join in the fun, from everyone at Traxxas, The Fastest Name In Radio Control.
