Watch King drive a Serpent SRX8E at Revelation Raceway [VIDEO]

Two weeks ago, SoCal outdoor hotspot Revelation Raceway posted an Instagram video of former world champion Cody King driving a Serpent SRX8E buggy — and on Wednesday, Serpent America's Paul Ciccarello shared the video on his personal Facebook page, bolstering rumors the driver could still ink an official deal.

The video was uploaded one month after LiveRC first reported that King had been in talks with the major manufacturer about joining the team. Just a couple days after the video was shared, King won a Toys for Tots event at Revelation with a Serpent nitro buggy.

If King is indeed joining the Serpent squad, an official announcement could be made as soon as next week.
