The drivers have completed about six thousand minutes of practice, as well as two seeding heats to file themselves into the most complicated pairing system ever. Now they're locked into groups of 11-12 drivers with whom they'll complete six days of qualifying (spread over three days) to seed the ladders that lead to the world championship final. We know that the heat races for the first round will run from 1 through 14, though the juggled order for rounds 2-6 have yet to be announced.
