Round three was also topped by a Kyosho MP9 TKI4 running Pro-Line Racing tires - but this time it was that of Jared Tebo, who outpaced the defending champion by over 3.5 seconds. Tebo picked up where his teammate Elliott Boots left off, sprinting away from the field in what was the fifteenth heat of the round due to the re-shuffling of the heat order.
