Mason Eppley wins the Memorial Day Shootout

Had a great time at the Memorial Day Shootout at CVR Raceway! I would have some good luck in qualifying taking the TQ in ebuggy and starting 2nd in the pro nitro buggy main. I would choose the wrong tires for the ebuggy main, making the buggy hard to drive. I would finish 2nd right behind Phillip Atondo. Now knowing what not to run in nitro, I made a good decision on tires. I would have a good start and almost had a flawless race, I would take the win. My Triton L5 was super fast and was getting great mileage. Overall it was a ...great day of racing! I can't thank Scott Mesple, Michael Hunter, and Brandon RR'Mummy Baker enough for their hard work getting the track ready, as well as Charlie Cavalier, Bryce Beaver, Mike See, and Brad Nibbelink for the help all weekend. Also a big thanks too Scott Mesple for the great fuel stops! Lastly happy Memorial Day, never forget our fallen soldiers.
