Serpent has sat down with one of their newest team drivers, Ludovic Leflon, for a little background and future plans for his racing as he has joined the team!

Serpent: Hi Ludo, welcome to the Serpent Team.
Ludo: Thanks , Truly honored, that's a real pleasure !

Q: How long have you been racing rc cars ?
A: I begun RC activities in 1988 and started to race in 1990.

Q: What was your 1st ever rc car ?
A: My first car ever was a MRX 4x2 from the French brand M.R.C.

Q: What is your normal day job ?
A: After 10 years in full scale automotive industry (Quality Manager), I'm now working for Thai Ride Co. at the Sale and R&D Department.

Q: What do you like the most about the Serpent 411 ?
A: I like the chassis elegance and sobriety (design and color), the durability of the heavy duty transmission components and its unbeatable performance/quality/price rate. Quite awesome !

Q: Whats brands equipment do you use on your 411 car
A: I run with Ride bodyshells, springs, tires and accessories. Electronic components are from various brands like ORCA and Thunder Power about batteries and charger, Reedy Sonic and HPI Flux Pro about motors. Mainly Hobbywing V3 for the ESCs and GM Genius 120 occasionally.

Q: Which race series will you do mainly ?
A: Mainly 1/10 Touring Car Modified (ETS races) and 13.5t Open Stock (Local Thai races).
1/12 Pancar, 1/10 GP Touring Car and 1/8 GP On-Road for fun only when time allows it !

Q: Which International races will you do in 2012 ?
A: I will join the final 2 rounds of the 2012 ETS Series in Apeldoorn and Vienna. The Asia Touring Series might have a round in Thailand. Looking forward for it !

Q: What is your next race ?
A: It will be a GP race: The NovaRossi Trofeo this week-end at my home track RC Addict. I should join the 1/8 On-Road class.
