Cory Fasnacht and Mike O'Brien join the CRC carpet oval team

Pennsylvania based oval experts Cory Fasnacht and Mike OBrien have joined the CRC Team for the upcoming season and beyond. Both drivers have numerous big wins and TQ's to their credit including a TQ and win for Fasnacht, and 2nd Place for OBrien at the 2013 New Year Dash Race in Oneida, NY which had 238 entries. Horizon Hobby teams up with rallycross rising star Mitchell Dejong
Horizon Hobby is excited to announce its partnership with up-and-coming Global Rallycross driver, Mitchell DeJong. Just 15 years old, Mitchell has been racing everything from go-karts to off-road vehicles since the age of five. Fighting cancer one lap at a time at the Karsyn's Krusaders Offroad Challenge
The 3rd Annual Karsyn’s Krusaders Off-Road Challenge was held on Saturday, August 3rd at LRT Raceway in Evansdale, IA. Karsyn’s Krusaders is a local charity that raises money for families affected by cancer through selling t-shirts, hoodies and other merchandise at full-scale dirt oval tracks all around the country. This years RC event brought 51 entries to LRT Raceway from Iowa and Nebraska to compete in a wide range of classes from 2wd Short Course to 1/8 Nitro Buggy. Many great companies donated prizes for the raffle which was a big hit. Raffle ticket sales and Karsyn’s Merchandise sales raised $945 for the charity. [ read more ]

Dakotah Phend and Ryan Lutz crowned the 2013 ROAR 1:8 and 4wd SCT Electric National Champions
